As much as I hate to admit it, I've been super bored of drinking plain water lately. I'm obsessed with getting in my 64 oz. a day, especially as it's starting to get colder out, but sometimes it's just a chore. This feeling ebbs and flows over time, but I generally combat it by drinking a combination of seltzer and fruit infused water, instead of succumbing to sugary sodas and juices.

With just six ingredients, it's easy to recreate time and time again when you need a little pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Water
  • Emergen-C
  • Mint
  • Orange slices
  • Raspberries
  • Ginger

What I love about this beverage is that it's totally satisfying. It's fizzy (aka you don't need to combine it with seltzer like I tried to when I first attempted this recipe!) and flavorful, without being too sweet. I also love that Emergen-C is packed with B vitamins, antioxidants†, electrolytes plus more vitamin C than 10 oranges^. It's an easy and delicious way to take vitamins that are important to my healthy lifestyle.

And what's better than a recipe with under seven ingredients? A recipe with just two steps!

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Add Emergen-C packet to water
    • Mix in other ingredients to taste

There you have it, the perfect refreshing addition to your fall/winter health routine.

Have fun with this delicious and refreshing spritzer, and don't be afraid to experiment with other fresh fruits to mix it up. There's also over 20 delicious flavors of Emergen-C, so the possibilities are endless!
